The food was great, and the daily cleaning kept our rooms fresh. We enjoyed mountain biking and explored the local market on Tuesdays for some bargains. Don't miss out on the cooking stations during meals-they always had something delicious! Plus, the staff is super friendly and helpful.
Only downside was the lack of a kettle in the room for morning coffee. We ended up buying one as a souvenir, but it would have been nice to have it provided.

Buffet, entertainment program, close to the beach, location, air conditioning, hotel staff, general equipment, family friendly, transport connections by car, train and bus, exploring possibilities in the immediate vicinity, pharmacy, doctor and small supermarket around the corner, in-house bar.
bad Wifi, the somewhat musty air conditioning in the entrance area, limited parking space, noise level of the adjacent hotels in the room, small elevators

Appreciated this spotlessly clean and lively place, excellent staff and contemporary rooms. The breakfast was inclusive and amazing as expected with the bacon and sausages.

Breakfast was all right. It could have been more diversified. The beds should have been more comfortable; but we are used to that from Spain; that they are a little too hard.
Arrival at the reception desk. They have to know more languages than just Spanish and English. Internet was chargeable and on top of that very expensive and bad.

Location near to Girona or Barcelona as well as Santa Susanna for the Flamenco show' Ole' by Carmen Mota. For shots visit Pica Pica, nestled within 15 minutes' walk of the hotel.

It is near beach, just 100 meters through tunnel under railways. It is the only good words about it.
We arrived late evening and reception stuff told that the only way to pay is cash, no cards at all. After 5 minutes of discussion - OK, you can pay by card. We have paid for halfboard - bad idea. Better not to pay for such cooking at all and find some cafe nearby. Disco in the next hotel was so noisy, it was really horrable until midnight. Never try this hotel, if you need more or less relax for vacation.

Under our bed true hair and dirt from people who were there before, it was not even cleaned under the bed on the ten days we stayed there, otherwise everything was great, super nice staff, super location.

The friendly staff promptly assisted us when we faced issues with our room, ensuring we felt valued during our stay. The pool area was lively but often crowded, making relaxation difficult at times.

If I were to use the term "delicious", it would apply to breakfast. Extremely friendly staff at the reception. Nice pool, central location, 5 minutes walk to the beach.
WIFI is not free. That is annoying. A mini-bar in the room wouldn't bother you either.

Excellent place with amenities like free wi-fi, a spa, and a seasonal outdoor pool. The staff helped me with taxi tips on my first stay, which I appreciate. Highly recommend it for a romantic escape!
